Hi, I’m Żaneta — a psychologist, EMDR therapist, breathwork facilitator, and somatic therapist (currently training in Somatic Experiencing®).
I offer trauma-informed, body-based support for people experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from their bodies.
My work focuses on nervous system regulation and restoring inner balance through somatic therapy, psychoeducation, conscious connected breathing, and EMDR.
Recommended starting point: RESET program
RESET is a structured 8-session process designed to help you understand how your nervous system works — including fight/flight/freeze responses and the window of tolerance — and, most importantly, how to work with it in everyday life.
Throughout the program, you will:
– learn practical tools for regulating stress and tension
– develop a deeper connection with your body
– build emotional resilience and stability
– begin to shift patterns that keep you stuck
RESET can be a valuable first step if you’re looking for a focused, short-term process — and a way to explore whether this type of work is right for you before continuing with longer-term therapy.
