Hi Doctors , I am male 35 year old, I am having an itchy sensation on the penis head , i see a light red colored small patch, also I am feeling burning sensation while I urinate from past 3-4 days. Should I get a urine test done to see if its UTI related burning, or could it be some sort of STD , is there any way to differentiate it , like UTI vs STD , I dont have fever or any other symptoms, feel like scratching the tip to get rid of the itch,

Hello, the approach In your case depends on a history and test results. When did you have your last sexual contact (did you use protection - condom)? Do you see any discharge from urethra? Have you had any tests performed? Does your sexual partner report any symptoms?
